What SkillTrack EDU does
Every student, every skill, every session — in one place that finally makes sense.
Special ed teachers manage individualized programs for every student. SkillTrack EDU replaces the binder, the spreadsheet, and the sticky notes with a focused tool that mirrors how you actually teach.
One board per student
Every student's full skill program, organized by category, with status at a glance. No hunting through spreadsheet tabs.
Record trials in seconds
Log session data with one tap per skill. Advance status from Introduced to In Progress to Mastered without leaving the session.
See mastery at a glance
Your class roster shows every student's overall progress. Know who needs more practice today without opening a single binder.
Student Skill Board
Every skill program, organized the way you think about your students.
Each student has their own board. Skills are grouped by category — Communication, Self-Help, Academic, Behavioral — so you find what you need in the exact moment you need it.
- Status chips show exactly where each skill stands: Not Introduced, Introduced, In Progress, or Mastered
- Last-updated date on every skill so you know when data was last collected
- Add custom skill programs tailored to each student's IEP goals, not a generic template

Quick Session Entry
Record a full session in under two minutes — without breaking your teaching rhythm.
Between activities, during transitions, or right after a group session — SkillTrack EDU keeps up with the pace of an actual classroom. Select a student and start tapping.
- Tap to record pass/fail trials — the data model teachers already use
- Advance a skill's status with one tap when the student is ready — amber prompts appear automatically
- Everything timestamped and saved — IEP progress documentation happens as you teach, not after school
Sound familiar?
Most special ed data collection wasn't built for teachers.
The spreadsheet-and-binder approach
- Paper data sheets in binders — one per student, one per skill area, updated by hand
- Spreadsheets with dozens of columns and color-coded cells that only you understand
- Session data collected on sticky notes, then transferred after school
- Status buried in row 47 of a tab called "Fall Quarter ABA tracking v3 FINAL"
- IEP progress write-ups require digging through months of sheets
SkillTrack EDU
- Each student's skills in one board — organized by category, visible in seconds
- Status chips that update in one tap during the session, not after
- Trial data logged with your thumb while the student is still in front of you
- Mastery spotted automatically — amber prompts appear when a student is ready to advance
- Progress visible across every student at a glance — know who needs attention today

Questions
Things teachers ask before they sign up
Is this a full IEP platform like what my district uses?
No — and that's intentional. SkillTrack EDU is a skill-tracking tool for teachers, not an IEP management system for administrators. It sits alongside your district's official IEP software and handles the part that matters most to you: collecting and seeing skill progress data in your classroom, every day.
Can I set up my own skill programs, or am I locked into a template?
Fully custom. You build each student's skill program from scratch — your categories, your skill names, your criteria. If you work in ABA, you can structure it the way you learned. If you work in a resource room with a different model, you can structure it that way too.
Does it work on a tablet or phone during class?
Yes. SkillTrack EDU is designed for use on any device you already have — phone, tablet, or laptop. The session entry screen is built for one-handed tapping so you can record data while your attention is still on your student.
How is this different from keeping a Google Sheet?
A spreadsheet holds your data. SkillTrack EDU shows you what your data means — who is ready to advance, which skills haven't been touched in two weeks, how close each student is to mastery. The difference is what you see when you open it: a meaningful picture of your class, not a grid of cells.
Do I need to get IT or my district to approve it?
Not to start. Individual teachers can sign up and use SkillTrack EDU on their own, with their own student data, without a district account or IT approval. A school or district team plan is on the roadmap for coordinated use.
What happens to my data if I stop using it?
Your data is yours. You can export your student skill records at any time. We do not share or sell teacher or student data.
Built for teachers. Tested in classrooms.
Your students' progress deserves more than a spreadsheet.
SkillTrack EDU is the skill-tracking tool designed around how special ed teachers actually work — by student, by skill, session by session.
